Shipping and Delivery

Monday to Friday:

Nelspruit: Orders placed before 16h00 delivered within 1 Hour*

White River: Orders are processed in Nelspruit and only delivered after 15h00* (*depending on stock availability, otherwise next day delivery).

*Depending on stock availability. Orders placed after 13h00 will be delivered the next day.

Orders Saturday and Sunday:

Placed before 12:00 Saturday - delivered within 2 hours.

No delivery on Sunday or Public Holidays. Orders can still be placed to be delivered the next day.

Allow 24hours for your order to be prepared. You'll be notified via email once your order is ready for collection.

Only at our Crossings store in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.

2 to 3 working days

Areas are limited to: Barberton, Burgersfort, Hazyview, Karino, Kierpersol, Komatipoort, Lydenburg, Malelane, Schoemansdal, Steelpoort and Tonga (excludes farms and mines) only.

Main/Metropolitan areas only: 2 to 3 working days

3 to 7 working days (normally shorter depending on the days your area is serviced).

Delivery will be calculated according to the area you reside in (Metropolitan or Non-Metropolitan).

Delivery to remote areas: Mopani Online will contact you should you live on a plot or farm that may incur additional surcharges for delivery to enquire as to whether we can deliver to your nearest PostNet.

At what times can you expect your parcels? Our couriers generally deliver from Monday to Friday between 08h00 and 17h00.

Do we deliver after hours and on weekends? Emergency parcels can be arranged for delivery. Please contact us on 013 755 5533 for details.

Can we deliver on public holidays? Unfortunately, not.
